To plan and organise maintenance of M&E services.

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services
  • Up-keep clients' building and premises
  • Make sure that all safety procedures and measures are followed
  • Ensure that client’s operating procedures are observed
  • Develop operational plans for client activities
  • Supervise a team of operatives and technicians

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any other qualifications in the field
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Mechanical and Electrical services
  • Prior experience in HVAC & Electrical would be an advantage
  • Fully conversant in MS Office applications

Other Requisites:

  • Holder of a valid driving license
  • Good PR and communication skills
  • Flexible to work odd hours and on shift system as required
