Facilities Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM), the incumbent shall be conversant with documents processing and administrative tasks related to facilities management and familiar with MS Word and Excel and have profound understanding on coordination for smoothing of support services activities.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting of purchase orders and update of monitoring sheet
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Keep track of works and corresponding invoices and payments
• Management of stock – consumables/ stationeries
• Processing of purchase orders and follow up of invoices
• Submission of ENABLON data within deadlines
• Perform floor checks and report per inspection sheet
• Maintenance of the Space Management tool.
• Follow up of cleaning services on site
• Conduct regular meetings with contractors to ensure proper service
• Ensure regular checks on security services relative to SOP and report on issues
Education and Profile
• Diploma in MS processing tools or equivalent
• Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or administrative environment
