We are looking for a dynamic, meticulous, and problem-solving event coordinator to join our team and bring to life a variety of engaging and enriching activities. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate various recurring events, from bustling markets to outdoor cinema nights, activities at the amphitheater, or events at our sports centers.

• Collaborate with community members, local suppliers, and our internal team to ensure the success of each event.

• Manage the logistical, budgetary, and promotional aspects of each event while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist (if necessary) the events manager in organizing major events such as the Moka Trail, Moka Decathlon Night Run, Music Festival, Gastronomy Festival, etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality and Marketing or any related field.

• Postgraduate qualification (completed or ongoing)

• Significant experience in event planning and coordination.

• Passion for creating meaningful community experiences.

• Strong organizational, planning, meticulousness, and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event needs.
