Development Manager - EnAtt Limited

Responsible for the project delivery, management of development team and providing day-to-day technical management and process guidance.

Main Duties

• Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.

• Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources.

• Coordinate all resources and stakeholders; set deadlines; assign responsibilities; and monitor, summarise, follow up and communicate the progress of the project.

• Provide detailed explanations (written and graphical) of project processes. 

• Ensure that all contractual agreements with partners and contractors associated to project are established.

• Disseminate project information to team through task and sub-tasks assignment based on requirements.

• Liaise with all stakeholders, understand the requirements of the project and ensure that work proceeds on-spec.

• Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

• Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or Quantity surveying or Project Management.

• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience. 

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

• Proactive and Dynamic,

• Performance driven

• Result oriented.

• Ability to work under stress

• Excellent administration skills coupled with a high level of integrity.

• Experience in retail would be an advantage
