Key Responsibilities

• Working with the project manager/lead for ongoing improvement of the project
• Develop and maintain macros using VBA to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Performing proof of concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution.
• Independently manage end-to-end development and implementation of automation projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal functionality of automation processes.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VBA, Blue Prism development and other automation solutions.

 Required Skill Set

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proficient in RPA development, specifically in Blue Prism, with expertise in preparing PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Excel macro development using VBA and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, MS Access etc.) and other general applications.
• Experience in .NET languages and SAP desktop and web application automation will be an added advantage.
• Strong Logical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.

This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis and is open for local residents only.
