• Responsible for the preparation of food products in the established sequence of preparation to assure that the food items are properly handled and prepared in accordance with the filed recipes. He/she assures that the end-product is presented with the freshness and the standard required.
• Display sincere caring behavior towards any customer in order to fulfill their expectations to the best of his/her knowledge.
• Be punctual, efficient and above all courteous
• Ensure that all employees are wearing a clean and proper uniform as stated from the Hotel policy and that grooming standards are in effect.
• Responsible to check periodically stock inventories set by the direct reporting line, to follow and to rectify them accordingly if the volume exceeds the actual usage.
• Ensure daily processing of food and non-food requisitions.
• Accountable for smooth running of his section.

- Minimum one-year professional experience required
