JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Data Analyst and Systems Administrator to produce insightful analytics that will help leaders to make informed decisions, whilst also enabling the people team to provide data led support and guidance. 
This role is also an custodian of our people system, Personio. Administration and optimisation of the system will help us to structure, extract and analyse the data of our growing business.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimise and own the People systems – Personio currently and potentially other platforms as we digitise the colleague experience.
  • Support system transformation projects, ongoing integrations, and improvements.
  • Manage and review user access and provide support/education for self-service.
  • Provide workforce related intelligence and contribute insights, regularly reporting on a variety of topics (e.g. workforce demographics, headcount, attrition, attendance and talent trends) for the CPO and business leads.
  • Partner the People Team to design, develop and deliver HR information by understanding the strategic business objectives; providing effective, ‘best practice’ analytics that drive decision making.
  • Play a key role in our projects, recommending and enacting changes within our systems, processes and analytics.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and system/data integration
  • Well-structured / accurate data to be stored in one place across our global footprint.
  • Optimisation of processes in Personio & other relevant systems.
  • Successful support / completion of change projects incl terms and conditions harmonisation.
  • Successful support of digitisation projects concerning the employee lifecycle.
  • Clearly defined and accessible reporting available for line managers and business partners to self-serve.
  • Insightful dashboards created and maintained for use by the CPO and the Executive Team.


CANDIDATE SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Experience of system implementation, optimisation, integration & management 
  • Extensive experience in data analytics, providing comprehensive management information and insights to inform decison making
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer centred delivery; understanding the needs of the internal customer base and delivering against service standards
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manipulate and interpret complex data using appropriate formats for Executive audiences
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data confidentiality

Monday to Friday
