We are looking for graduates/freshers with good knowledge of SQL/Database Management to join a Payroll Outsourcing project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver services against customer scope of work
• Analyse & manipulate source data to provide data, by country, with sufficient granularity to enable local BDO offices to calculate Gross To Net
• Continuous process improvement
• Co-ordination with GPS
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least a Degree in Business/Finance/IT or in a field of study relevant to the post
- Experience with data analytics, data manipulation
- Ability to manage large amounts of data
- Very fluent in English – Written & Oral
- Microsoft Excel (advanced) SQL and/or other database technology tool
- Ability to automate analytical processes preferred
The candidate should also have the following skills:
i) Ability to work in teams
ii) Good interpersonal skills
iii) Good organizational skills
iv) Good analytical skills
v) Ability to work at odd hours if required
The following would be an advantage:
(i) Experience in automating analytical processes
(ii) Experience working in a payroll outsourcing environment
