DEPOT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

TotalEnergies Marketing Mauritius Ltd is looking for it's Depot Operations Coordinator!

ACTIVITIES 
 
As part of your missions, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure that depot operations are done as per existing procedures
• Regularly inspect terminal for early detection of faults and/or breakdown
• Oversee the operation of the filling rack and ensure truck loading is done correctly
• Oversee operatives’ workload and attendance with respect to daily depot operations
• Monitor fuel stock daily and update the stock management system
• Organise bunkering operations with contractors/ third parties
• Work in collaboration with relevant authorities/ organisations to ensure that products are received as per procedures
• Verify that tank dips and readings are taken before and after delivery
• Supervise all maintenance and/or calibration works
• Prepare daily operation documents and monthly reporting
• Attend meetings and prepare related reports
• Issue of clearance certificate/permit to work before start of any work on the depot
• Operate to the highest standards of safety in accordance with TotalEnergies’ HSEQ rules and report any anomaly.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering drawing software Auto-CAD
• Well-versed in related safety requirements
• Good analytical skills
• Clean and valid manual private vehicle driving license
• Willing to work odd hours and on a shift system
