ABOUT THE JOB:

As CSC:

• You review the change requests and challenges coming in
• You prioritise work, maintain the issue backlog & track progress at recurring huddles
• You manage the various Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• You are escalation point for implementation and support teams
• you coordinate the resolution of any problems.
• you are operationally steering and escalate to the Customer Sponsor and/or relevant team leads when needed
• You can work independently in a dynamic environment where variety in your daily tasks is the norm and cooperation is key
• You work closely with other experts in our integration office team, to ensure that the agreed IT service level is met or improved.

What do you have to offer?

• Business expertise – good understanding of the product / services SD Worx that are delivered to a (set of) client(s) or are willing to learn them in a short time span
• Communication & stakeholder management skills – ability to effectively communicate and maintain effective relationship with stakeholders
• Leadership skills – ability to prioritize workload (based on customer feedback / value); identifying risks and navigating through roadblocks
• Lean / Agile understanding and ability to coach team members on using those principles and guide stakeholders through the way of working

Requirements:

• You ideally have a Master degree or the equivalent by experience.
• Coordination, organization, prioritization and multi-tasking
• ITIL Service Delivery qualification is highly appreciated
• You have a good knowledge of HR processes.
• Previous experience in a client facing role gives you an advantage
• You have solid interpersonal skills.
• You are known for your problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
• Team player in an international environment.
• Management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Business Fluent), any other European language is an asset.
• Solid Project Management skills are a plus.
