You shall form part of a team that handles customer transactions through multiple channels in a professional and service-oriented manner to provide a world-class customer experience.

Shall handle outgoing and incoming calls and follow up of complaints, requests and queries from both internal and external customers.  Provide the necessary assistance and resolutions to customers on related concerns.
