Recruiting for Customer Service Coordinator

 

Receiving and processing of customer orders for ALPLA_MU (Preforms) & ALPLA_SA (Closures)

  • Provide general assistance to Sales team and handle quotations.
  • Perform admin task with respect to Sales invoicing and circularization.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relation by attending to their queries in an appropriate time limit .
  • Prepare export documentation for outbound. (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, PFI, SADC Comesa and EUR1) and ensure proper execution of export documents for closures only.
  • Work closely with:
  • Planning to following up on all customer orders,
  • Debtors to assisting with customer related queries.
  • Warehouse & Distribution to assist with planning of deliveries and collections.
  • Attend daily production and planning meetings to give customer and Key Account Manager feedback to operational departments and be informed about operational issues.
  • Assist Key Account Manager with the handling of customer complaints

PREREQUISITES:

EITHER

A. Higher School Certificate (HSC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE), with 2 “A” Level or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution

B. Minimum 3 years’ sales experience would be advantage

CANDIDATE PROFILE   :           Applicants should possess the following profile:

 

  • Be computer literate and be proficient with MS Office.
  • Excellent written and oral skills both in French and English
  • Have outstanding planning and organisational skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Have Export Knowledge
  • Ability to act on own initiative and work without close supervision.
  • Good people skills must be able to work in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer oriented
