To answer and/or initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.
Duties
- Attend to customer queries
- Assist customers in administrative tasks
- Provide information in respect of trasactions and filling
- Give instructions on filling of documents
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- To comply with the company's rules and regulations
- To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Profile
- HSC and ACCA Level 1
- Good written and oral communication skills both in French and English
- 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality and telephone manners
- Good Listening Skills
- Attention to details
- Available to work at irregular hours
