The Customer Onboarding Representative’s objective is to ensure that every new client has positive first experience and a solid understanding of the tools and products offered by the brands.

Our Customer Onboarding Department advises and guides a wide variety of customers about the product and services offered by our business partners, who are brands mostly engaged in the financial industry.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ G Suite, Instant Messaging and email clients. 
  • You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when talking to customers.
