Customer Experience Trainee

As a Trainee in Customer Experience, you will join our dynamic team who are dedicated to building customer relationships to drive business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve data from Systems and build report to customers
• Assist in building customer relationship by sending emailers and following up with customers
• Proceed with Order Sheets and Purchase Orders on Finansys Application
• Update procurement reports accordingly
• Source quotations and submit to customers

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Management/Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan and being resourceful
• Driving license is required
