Your role:
- Act as the company's first point of contact
- Answer customer queries through incoming call, mail and social media
- Review credit application of potential customers
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints
Your profile:
- HSC Level or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in related position will be an advantage
