Rogers Capital is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its Customer Experience team.

Your role:

  • Act as the company's first point of contact
  • Answer customer queries through incoming call, mail and social media
  • Review credit application of potential customers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints

Your profile:

  • HSC Level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience in related position will be an advantage
