We (Purel Service Ltd partnered with Hyundai Power Product UK) are currently looking for potential candidates who have a can do attitude, willing to contribute and grow with the company.
The Customer Experience Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent post-sales support. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer journey. The customer experience specialist will also work closely with other departments to enhance the customer’s overall experience.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in providing timely and accurate information regarding our aftersales care. Training will be provided.
- Be professional, courteous, and analytical with exceptional organizational skills to manage customers’ cases from start to finish.
2. Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any process and service-related issues.
- Keep accurate records on our in house system of customer interactions and solutions offered
- Be mindful of consumer data protection
3. Customer Satisfaction
- Help to monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction
Pre-Requisites:
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
- At ease with formal email writing (Zendesk Software will be an advantage), chats and calls
- Attention to details
- Energetic and proactive in approach to work
- Active listening, attentiveness and effective communication skills
- Well-organised, responsible, reliable, professional and good work ethics
- Customer and results oriented
Technical and Business Skills:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent experience
- Excellent English – Both Spoken and Written
- Excellent typing skills
- Knowledge or experience in customer service processes and previous call centre aptitudes would be a great advantage.
- Additional marketing and administrative skills would be a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (11 15 to 20 00)
