Looking for an Exciting Opportunity!

We (Purel Service Ltd partnered with Hyundai Power Product UK) are currently looking for potential candidates who have a can do attitude, willing to contribute and grow with the company.

The Customer Experience Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent post-sales support. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer journey. The customer experience specialist will also work closely with other departments to enhance the customer’s overall experience.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in providing timely and accurate information regarding our aftersales care. Training will be provided.
  • Be professional, courteous, and analytical with exceptional organizational skills to manage customers’ cases from start to finish.

 2. Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any process and service-related issues.
  • Keep accurate records on our in house system of customer interactions and solutions offered
  • Be mindful of consumer data protection

 3. Customer Satisfaction

  • Help to monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction     

 

Pre-Requisites:

  • Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At ease with formal email writing (Zendesk Software will be an advantage), chats and calls
  • Attention to details
  • Energetic and proactive in approach to work
  • Active listening, attentiveness and effective communication skills
  • Well-organised, responsible, reliable, professional and good work ethics
  • Customer and results oriented


Technical and Business Skills:

  • Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English – Both Spoken and Written
  • Excellent typing skills
    • Knowledge or experience in customer service processes and previous call centre aptitudes would be a great advantage.
    • Additional marketing and administrative skills would be a plus
    • Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (11 15 to 20 00)
Saturday Half-day once every 4 weeks (Rota-Basis)
