As a C&B Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting our compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with the C&B Specialist and the Human Capital department in the monthly payroll process.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated C&B Lead to drive to ensureย that pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations.

As the Compensation & Benefits Lead of the Group, you will have to :ย 

  • Assist the Compensations and Benefits Specialist in designing and implementing the organizationโ€™s compensation program.
  • Assist in managing the employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs and ensure that these programs are cost-effective and meet the needs of employees.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits survey and make necessary recommendations to the management.
  • Understand the different plan in the group and provide related information as and when required. (Medical /catastrophe scheme, group personal accident cover, pension scheme)
  • Assist in the full process of payroll transactions.
  • Maintain employee data/records and coordinate the People Partner to ensure correct employee data.
  • Review, benchmark and optimize the groupโ€™s Total Rewards strategies and provide competitive information on reward packages in line with market practice.
  • Support in total rewards survey and make necessary recommendations to the management.
  • Help in total rewards audit to ensure fair and equitable treatment and compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports.
Qualifications and experienceย 

The ideal candidate should have :
  • A diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, working on C&B programmesย
