Commercial Assistant - Forbach

Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit a dynamic Commercial Assistant for its unit located at Forbach. The incumbent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service at the front desk
• Promote and administer loyalty cards to customers
• Manage all telephone operations, queries and requests
• Assist in the efficient provision of After Sales Services to customers
• Manage cash/cheque deposits and returns of products by customers
• Act as alternate at the cash desk

Candidate profile

• Minimum Qualifications: School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• Computer literate
• Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills,
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team
• Well organized and methodical
