We are looking for a collection & legal Executive

Working days & hours: Office Hours based in Floreal

Collections & Legal :

• Monitoring repayments of borrowers and performing 1st level collection actions (calls / emails) on a daily basis

• Assist the Operations Manager and the Head of Credit in managing the non-performing loans and design strategies for each borrower account

• Preparing recovery documentation: formal notices, legal proceedings, etc

• Liaising with the Legal team (Usher, Attorney-at-Law, Barrister) for weekly follow-ups on non-performing loans at Legal recovery stage

• Attending Court hearings on behalf of company

• Prepare recovery & collection reports on a regular basis to submit to the Management, with close attention to details and accuracy of information.

• Assist in the loan restructuring process, as required.

• Conduct site visits and meet with clients in arrears to discuss on their repayment plan.

Desired experience :

At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial/banking sectors in a similar position.

Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team

• Knowledge of civil and criminal procedures, litigation, pre-litigation, Court ruling enforcement.

• Knowledge of banking products is a plus;

• Good communication skills (oral and written);

• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment where you will have to manage several tasks and responsibilities simultaneously;
