Client Accountant

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements for GBC, Authorised Companies, IBC companies and trusts;
• Liaising with banks, auditors, tax authorities, etc.;
• Filing of various surveys with the regulators;
• Prepare VAT and Tax returns and filing with the relevant Tax authorities;
• Client Invoicing Bookkeeping, Reconciliations, Cash Books;
• Preparing of FSC surveys and filings;
• Computation and filing of tax returns;
• Monthly TDS filings, yearly TDS recon and filing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree and/or ACCA;
• Have at least 5 years of accounting experience in the offshore sector;
• Have good attitude and references;
• Be able to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral);
• Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Be highly motivated, proactive, capable of working independently and be able to meet strict deadlines;
• Positive attitude; and
• Willing to work in a small environment.
