Our client in the investment sector is seeking to recruit a Client Account and Institutional Analyst who will report to the CEO.

 

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Remediation:
  • Assess and analyze quality of applications.
  • Process client data changes on existing accounts upon instruction.
  • Review all alerts for PEP and Sanction triggers of possible matches.
  • Handle due diligence investigations to support policies and procedures.

Treasury:
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and journal processing.
  • Process Forex settlements.
  • Process Inwards allocations.

Trading:
  • Acting on client instructions.
  • Running reconciliations.
  • Processing stock transfers.
  • Working closely with the settlement team.

Institutional Support:
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with the company's clients and always providing them with a professional and client centric experience.
  • Work with the Support and Projects teams in developing processes and systems to further automate functions within the department.
  • Provide a dedicated service and support function to company institutional client base across multiple jurisdictions.
Profile:

  • University Degree.
  • At least three to five years relevant experience.
  • Must have reliable transport and a valid driving license.
  • Flexibility in respect of working hours.
  • Ability to multitask and handle several different projects.
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • High command of verbal and written English.
