Job Overview:
- To organise and co-ordinate a F&B/ Kitchen Support Team which ensures availability of equipment and the safety, cleanliness and hygiene of areas and equipment as per standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organisation of work within the stewarding outlet;
- Proposes and ensures the achievement of organisational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and safety for all F&B areas and equipment;
- Ensures the necessary availability of all quality, kitchen and service equipment.
Candidate's Profile:
- High school certificate or equivalent and any other related qualifications;
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of stewarding operation experience in a five star hotel;
- Vast knowledge of F&B/ Kitchen stewarding operation;
- High level of written and verbal English;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills, team player, extrovert, driven by desire for continuous improvement;
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate subordinates.
