- Welcome guests and provide high standard of service in the Food & Beverage point of sales and Conference/Meeting Rooms
-Contribute to guest satisfaction through the quality of work and exemplary behavior
-Help to increase the outlets revenue through sales efforts
- Create and overall pleasant dining atmosphere and experience for the guests
Manage a rang ‘set of tables’ in designed outlet and is responsible for leading a team of waiters
Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction through service in accordance with Sofitel Standards
Provide professional and personalized service, through use of guest names and noting guest preferences
Carry out all duties as directed by the Supervisors for the day to day running of the restaurant
Prepare the restaurant for service (cleaning- and laundry duties - linen preparation, silver polishing, table top preparations, all other mise en place tasks)
Be fully knowledgeable about food and beverage products
Prepare a good mise-en-place to ensure that station is ready when guests arrive
Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily and heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up
Take guest orders according to Standard Operating Processes and ensure prompt delivery to guests
Help to set up restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and areas as and when required
Organize and supervises the work of subordinates
Carry out and supervise the setting up the point of sale and preparation areas
