MAIN FUNCTION

Responsible to assist the Responsable Cafeteria to ensure and maintain a high class service to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and serve customers

• Interact with customers courteously and patiently

• Propose the range of drinks available before serving customers

• Maintain a high level of grooming standard

• Ensure that tables and chairs are properly displayed

• Ensure that the cafeteria is always maintained clean and tidy as well as chairs, tables, bar and other equipment

• Assist the Responsable Cafeteria to maintain a regular stock of items used for proper running of the cafeteria

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• School Certificate

• Previous experience in a similar role would constitute a definite advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Good Communication Skills

• Pleasant personality
