Join TotalEnergies Marketing Mauritius Ltd and become its new Customer Service Assistant!

 

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the potential candidate will be responsible for the following:

Customer Service

  • Welcome walk-in customers, process orders and issue invoices for all products.
  • Maintain good customer service relations and image of the Customer Service.department.
  • Assist in handling telephone calls, fax, email and WhatsApp messages.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints.

KPI

  • Submit monthly sales figures to management.
  • Responsible to clear incomplete orders on SAP on a weekly basis.
  • Keep accurate record of orders in “Journal de Vente”.
  • Creation of orders for White & Black oils on SAP.

Invoicing

  • Responsible for invoicing.
  • Ensure invoicing, release and posting are done within next 48 hours following delivery.
  • Ensure closing in a timely manner.

Others

  • Ensure proper archiving of documents.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Manager.
  • Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/ business administration/ marketing
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Proficient in MS Office package and SAP
  • Proven ability of being a good team player
