Beachcomber Catering is a looking a dynamic Cook to join their Production Department

 

Main responsibilities:

 •Assist in the preparation of food items;

• Actively participate in all food production areas of the production department;

•Always adhere to Beachcomber Catering’s standard of preparation, recipes and presentation;

•Follow proper Safety & Health, hygiene sanitation practices.

Qualifications and profile:

• SC or equivalent

•NC3 in Food Production or equivalent

Other Requirements:

•High level of integrity

•Passionate about service

•Creative in terms of quality and food presentation

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate

•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays

•A clean certificate of character is a must
