Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Communication Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for all internal and external communications with the aim to produce high-quality contents that are engaging and build brand recognition.

Know-how

• Develop and implement an effective communication strategy that create brand awareness
• Create appropriate communication strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
• Develop procedures and policies
• Manage and lead the communication team
• Organise and direct promotional events
• Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials
• Work with the marketing team to generate new ideas and strategies
• Liaise with external partners such as creative agencies to create effective campaigns
• Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company’s brand identity and strategy
• Serve as point of contact for communication consultants and medias
• Responsible for the design and production of all media contents
• Coordinate press conferences and presentations
• Manage the website and its content
• Monitor the company’s social media and online presence
• Prepare detailed media activity reports
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office
