As a Butler Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient operation of a household or establishment, ensuring exceptional service for guests

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Staff Management:

   • Oversee the day-to-day activities of other butlers and household staff.
   • Hire, train, and manage staff members.
   • Handle payroll and performance reviews.

2. Guest Services and Personalization:

   • Greet and check in guests.
   • Learn guests’ preferences, allergies, and dislikes.
   • Arrange dining and entertainment experiences.

3. Beverage and Food Expertise:

   • Have a thorough understanding of spirits, specialty foods, and wine collections.
   • Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.

4. Household Maintenance and Errands:

   • Coordinate with housekeeping for room cleanliness.
   • Run errands for guests when needed.

5. Hospitality and Discretion:

   • Recommend amenities and arrange personalized services.
   • Handle sensitive matters discreetly.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of local restaurants, theaters, and attractions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management is a plus.
