Responsible for all Operations of boutiques; to provide training for team members; setting and achieving realistic targets and meet customer needs and demands.
We are currently looking for a Boutique Supervisor to join our Proshop team at Heritage Golf Club - La Reserve Golf Links
Responsibilities
- Coordinate & supervise activities in Boutique
- Ensure that shops are opened and closed as per set times
- Ensure Guests’ satisfaction
- Interact regularly with guests to obtain feedbacks for improvement
- Ensure a smooth communication with golfers about tee time/reservation time
- Maintain a strict monitoring of sales – Follow up daily sales and ensure that the targets are achieved
- Conduct quality spot check within the outlet
- Carry out regular spot checks and supervise stock-taking with the Cost Controller
- Assist in carrying out physical inventories for stock control purposes and input relevant data on stock system for proper management
- Supervise the Proshop team and identify necessary training measures
- Conduct regular briefings and monthly meetings with team members in order to handle any administrative or working issues
- Keep the Proshop team motivated
Education & Experience
- School Certificate or equivalent
- Higher School Certificate with Mathematics or Accounting at “A” Level would be an advantage
- 1 year working experience in administrative or clerical duties
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy including hotel management system such as Opera, WinHMS
- Sound knowledge of Stock Control and Management
- Well versed to merchandising process
