Beach waiter

As a Beach Waiter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional service at our poolside. The Beach Waiter is responsible for delivering prompt and courteous service to guests lounging by the pool, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Excellence: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the pool area, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries with a positive attitude.

 2. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the poolside menu, including food and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

 3. Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests, verifying that all items meet quality standards and special requests are accommodated.

 4. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized poolside area, including clearing used dishes, glassware, and other items promptly. Assist in the overall cleanliness and presentation of the pool area.

 5. Upselling: Promote additional services, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue generation.

 6. Safety: Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages, and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

 7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.

 8. Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address and resolve guest concerns or issues, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
