Beach Supervisor

To provide prompt, accurate & courteous services to all guests, by ensuring smooth operations of the beach Services and maintaining the highest service standards, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• To give a good service and be able to upsell at every occasion.

• Set up the station to the correct standard before service.

• Responsible for adherence to billing procedures

• To schedule employees according to operational exigency and train staff as per standards set by the hotel.
