Beach Attendant

To maintain and upkeep the beach, pool, and lounge areas, enforce safety rules, ensure children’s areas are kept clean, and regularly check that equipment is functioning properly.

 A Beach Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of beachgoers. Additional responsibilities include answering guest questions, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring they are completely satisfied with your services. As a Beach Attendant, your role is essential in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for beachgoers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Greet and assist beach visitors in a friendly manner.
   • Provide information and directions regarding nearby amenities such as restaurants, restrooms, and parking areas.

2. Maintaining Cleanliness:

   • Collect and dispose of trash to keep the beach area clean.
   • Organize beach chairs, umbrellas, and other equipment.

3. Safety Enforcement:

   • Enforce beach rules and regulations.
   • Monitor water conditions and report incidents or emergencies promptly.

4. Assisting with Activities:

   • Participate in beach activities like volleyball, water sports, or concerts.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Clean and store beach chairs, umbrellas, and other rental equipment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
