Performs a variety of activities related to the section so as to provide prompt and efficient service to guests in line with the hotel’s standards.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• School Certificate or equivalent;
• A NC Level 3 in Restaurant & Bar Services from Mauritius Institute of Training and Development or equivalent;
• Previous working experience in the field is essential.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND DISPOSITION:

• Good communication skills and organisational ability;
• Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
• Fluent in both English and French.
