Bay Capital Partners Ltd, an  India focused Investment Management Firm, is looking for an Associate to join our back-office team. This role will form part of the core operations team with the aim to strengthen same. It will involve focussing on NAV calculation of the funds managed by Bay Capital. Interacting with various service providers such as auditors, fund administrator, tax accountants, consultants etc. The role will be based in Mauritius.             
Profile: Basic Qualifications
      Bachelor’s degree  in finance or an equivalent degree
      3+ year experience in financial services industry
      Business level fluency in English
      Experience in MS Excel and Quick Books

                Ability to juggle multiple competing demands and managing expectations.
Ability to work independently and proactively
            Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
            Be highly collaborative and team oriented
