Assistant Manager (Engineering)

The officer will be responsible for M&R works at existing IOML Filling Stations, Consumer Pumps and development of new Filling Stations. Detailed description is given below.

 Job Description:

• M&R for existing facilities at Filling Stations/ Consumer Pumps/ IOML Location Premises (including buildings), Generation of MIS of all forms related to Filling Stations.

• Planning, Coordination and Approval to provide engineering solution for improvement/ redesigning/ relocating existing Pump Islands/ other features at Filling Stations/ Consumer Pumps.

• Preparation of Layout and Cost Estimate for addition of Facilities at Existing Filling Stations/ Consumer Pumps/ other IOML location(s)

• Coordination for Identification of site, Preparation of Layout and Cost Estimate for New Filling Station/ New Consumer Pumps and other engineering work at IOML installationsSupervision for construction of New Filling Stations along with the Engineering Consultant.

• Overall Monitoring of Safety, Health and Environment (S, H & E) Standards at Filling Stations/ any other IndianOil location(s).Preparation and finalization of Rate Contract for various jobs related to smooth functioning of Filling Stations/ Consumer Premises/ IOML Terminal premises. Finalization of Contract for empanelment of contractors.

• Preparation of Revenue and Capital Budget for Engineering Solutions. Inventory Management of Spare parts for DUs/ other facilities, as per requirement. Issuance of Call up orders.

• Control and Coordination for ensuring up to date licenses/ permits etc for smooth operation and functioning of facilities at Filling Stations/ Consumer Pumps/ IOML Terminal etc in line with statutory/ other relevant requirements.

• Any other Job assigned by Management.
