Assistant IT Coordinator

To assist the IT Co-ordinator in performing a variety of assignments such data processing requirements, as well as maintaining and modifying programs accordingly. Participate in providing support to staff on a day to day basis.

To assist the IT Co-ordinator in providing support to staff on all company supported applications, troubleshoot computer problems, determine source, and advise on appropriate action. To install, setup, and monitor local area network (LAN) and WIFI, Follow-up by performing a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
• Ensure security and privacy of systems and data.
• Document and maintain IT support procedures and user guides.

• Assists the IT Co-ordinator with the supporting, testing and troubleshooting of programs.
• Maintains and modifies programs; makes the necessary changes as approved by Superiors.
• Reports any anomalies to the IT Co-ordinator.
• Manually and electronically documents programming problems and resolutions for future reference.

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications in Information Technology
