Asset Manager - EnAtt Limited

Oversee assets and manage the Property Management Team.

Main Duties

• Establish strong relationship with key tenants

• Be in charge of increasing revenue and asset values by identifying revenue increasing opportunities, efficiencies and savings

• Prepare reports quarterly on the performance of each asset

• Review and update current policies and keep track of the latest government rules

• Plan and implement training and development programs if needed

• Need to actively monitor the market developments, any new products and manage their clients’ portfolio

• Lead and coach the Centre/ Property Management teams

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• Masters required with a specialization in business, finance and/or real estate / law.

• Five years of proven experience in asset management or related fields

• Experience in retail would be an advantage

• Performance driven, Dynamic and pro active

• Strong negotiation skills

• Self-driven

• Focused on details

• Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good mastery of empowerment and accountability

• Result oriented
