Are you excited about making a positive impact in the water industry? The After Sales Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and support our customers.
Main Duties:
- Prepare Aftersales monthly planning.
- Prepare maintenance reports.
- Perform surveys, issue reports, and prepare Bill of Quantities.
- Follow up with client after sending quotes.
- Perform troubleshooting of equipment on site and at workshop (including PLC and micro-controller).
Qualifications:
- Bsc in Electrical and Automation Engineering or
- BEng Mechatronics Engineering or
- BEng Mechanical Engineering, (with a knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering)
- Or any other related fields
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and SAGE.
- Knowledge of Autocad.
- Valid driving license.
