Medine Agriculture is looking for an administrative and payroll officer

 

We are looking for an Administrative and Payroll Officer to join Medine Agriculture.
Generic duties

• Collect, record, process, retrieve and communicate information/data.
• Answer phone calls and relate messages to staff concerned.
• Follow - up on payments as and when needed.
• Write simple letters, reports etc as and when needed.
• Perform basic administrative duties (filing, fix appointments, organise meetings and lunches, stationery ordering and distribution etc) in a timely manner.
• Perform physical stock counts, deliver and monitor stock levels as and when needed.
• Ensure basic coordination among related functions.

Specialised duties

• Process entry of daily control slip labour contracting for the entire cultivation and diversification department.
• Regular entry of statistical data – e.g plantation dates per section per variety and follow up through provision of monthly reports.
• Initiate payments and stock requisitions as and when required and ensure that products/materials are delivered on time.
• Draft and compile reports such as stock and sales (this list is not exhaustive) as and when required.
Duration : 6 months
