Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our retail network specialize in selling a wide range of electronic devices and home appliances, following invoices, keeping track of purchases status and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administrative duties of the department.
- Ensure compliance with the internal procedures and methodologies are applied.
- Prepare purchase orders, approve, and validate them as per the prescribed procedures.
- Verify and check all invoices prior to approval by the concerned reporting line.
- Gather information on items to be ordered in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are collected and reached the destination on time.
- Monitor payment to suppliers with the accounting department.
- Prepare and submit reports as and when required.
- Act as an administrative support.
- Work in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned.
Job skills and requirements:
- A holder of a School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable by the management.
- Working experience in retail sales will be a definite advantage.
- At least one year experience in similar field is preferable.
- Fluent in English, French and Creole.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Conversant with Microsoft word and excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to priotise work.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
