Great Opportunity with a multinational
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and challenge needs with a systematic approach to simplification by enhancing Group and local solutions.
- Model, describe, and document the end-to-end solution, ensuring its usability, in collaboration with relevant business and IT stakeholders, including the architecture and Application Set Managers.
- Propose simplifications of business processes and management rules and explain these envisaged changes.
- Analyze the compliance of the solution with regard to the enterprise strategy, the regulations, the security rules, the coherence of the architecture and IS and the associated risks and costs.
- Formalize requirements and functional specifications (solution user stories).
- Intervenes throughout the project and in run activities, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Ensure functional support and matching of tests with the need with development teams.
- If necessary, make or have made a prototype of the solutions envisaged
- If necessary, configure the solution components
- Ensure compliance of the delivered solution
- Provide functional expertise for maintenance and support.
- Map, document solution developments and interventions in a knowledge base
- Good knowledge on Agile methodology
- Team work load planification and monitoring
- Change management
- Conduct Agile rituals and meetings when required
- Monitor project portfolio
- Report and communicate on the Squad realization
Technical & Business Background Expected- Operating system: Windows, Unix, Linux
- Virtualization: Citrix, VmWare
- Scheduler: HPC, VTOM
- SAS tools or related: SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Web App, VTOM
- 3-5 years of experiences in related fields.
- Knowledge of Solvency 2 regulation
Soft Skills Expected: - Fluent French & English (speaking and writing)
