Our client in La Tour Koenig is looking for an accounts clerk

Working days & Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00

Qualification:

• HSC holder with Accounting as a main subject

• ACCA Level 1 (recommended)

Main Responsibilities:

• Reconcile statements with company's book

• Prepare invoices

• Prepare and perform bank deposits

• Prepare accounting reports on a timely basis

• Perform filings and other administrative procedures

• Ensure that all expenses are processed on a timely basis

• Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by the management

• Constantly update job knowledge

Profile:

• Holder of a driving license (recommended)

• Attention to detail

• Planned and Organized

• Team Player

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Conversant with Accounting software and Microsoft office tools, especially Word and Excel
