Our client, a law firm, is looking for an Accounts and Admin Clerk.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Processing of customer invoices and receipts
• Processing of supplier invoices and payments
• Assisting in bank reconciliation
• Reconciling creditors statement of accounts
• Handling of petty cash
• Follow up of HRDC document
• Assist in typing of articles and letters
• Proper filing
Qualification:
• Partly Qualified ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Having work on an accounting software will be an advantage
Candidate profile:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the accounting field
• Good oral and written communication in English and French
• Excellent word processing & IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and odd hours
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
