As expert in vessels management activity, we are looking for an Accounts Officer to be part of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the suppliers’ accounting for the company under your scope.
  • Perform day-to-day account receivable and payable transactions.
  • Responsible for Invoices dematerialization in ITESOFT or in Oracle application.
  • Record and distribute supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Organize and control invoices production efficiently.
  • Ensure that invoices and receipt related operations and procedures are performed effectively, timely and accurately.
  • Accomplish tasks within monthly schedule to meet the Group standards and deadlines for Management account completion.
  • Process all intercompany provisions on a monthly basis.
  • Support in the Intragroup Reconciliation.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Candidate’s profile:

  •  Hold at least a Higher School Certificate/ ACCA Studies Level 1or equivalent.
  •  Have minimum 1-year experience in a multinational company performing operations linked with foreign currencies transactions with electronic documentation management.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office skills.
  • Good listening and communication skills.Good analytical skills and able to present information in an easily understandable way.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple priorities effectively, organise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment

Contract: Permanent based employment based in Mauritius (Cascavelle)
