Responsibilities
Perform general accounts receivable functions such as
.Prepare and submit customer invoices
. Code, post and receipt payment
.Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
. Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
. Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
Perform general accounts payable functions such as
. Check, verify and process invoices
. Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
. Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
. Maintain client files
Perform General Ledger functions
. Assist in month end reporting procedure
. Perform filing and general administrative tasks
. Assist the Sales Manager in his duties
. Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of the business
