Provide Support to the Accounting Team

 

Educational Background / Qualifications:

  1. Higher School Certificate
  2. ACCA – Level 1
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Level 2)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Attend to customer queries and ensure proper follow-up for missing delivery notes.
  2. Assist in the preparation of Statement of accounts on a monthly basis.
  3. Liaise with Sales Team for pending payments.
  4. Authenticate customer claims and issues through internal investigation and proceed with customer arrangement and issue of credit notes.
  5. Attend quarterly stock count for Finance Department
  6. Coordinate filing for archiving on a yearly basis.
  7. Create new accounts in the accounting
  8. Ensure updates and verification of Master Data.
  9. Prepare and send reminders for clients with overdue balance.
  10. Follow with cashier and monitoring of unallocated receipts.
