Account Payable Officer

Myjob is recruiting an Account Payable Officer with at least 3 years of experience and a degree in accounting/economics.

Profile:

-       Degree Holder in Accounting/ any finance related field or ACCA Level 2

-       At least 3 years experience in similar role

-       Outgoing personality

-       Ability to meet deadlines

-       Team Player

-       Flexible with working odd hours when necessary

-       Preferably living in the centre

Duties & Responsibilities:

-       Process Suppliers Invoice

-       Prepare and issue Payments in due time

-       Manage and reconcile Petty Cash float

-       Prepare end of month reports

-       Prepare and Monitor Cash flow

-       Dealing with suppliers and respond to queries
