WINES & SPIRIT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities
- Advise, sell and promote Products in our Retail Shop of Phoenix and Mahogany
- Provide excellent customer service and advise Management of customer feedback
- Increase sales through dynamic selling approach
- Manage stocks rotation and stock on hand through regular counts
- Develop animation and follow up on sales promotions
- Present the Products in line with the uniqueness of the brand
- Make the sales outlet look attractive and pleasant
- Follow up on VIP clients and handle administrative tasks
- Support shop operations, policies, and procedures
Competencies
- Wine Product knowledge and experience in sales
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
- Dynamic, charismatic, and team-spirit oriented person
