Technical Coordinator

 

Our client is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will report to the Technical Sales Manager.

Main Non-Exhaustive Responsibilities/Other Requisite:

  • Must be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
  • Must be able to do any Secretarial duties.
  • Given the sensitivity of our work, you should have a proper dress code and positive attitude towards suppliers and colleagues at all times.
  • Should be available at any time in case of emergency requirement from the management on weekdays & Saturdays (roster basis).

Duties:

  • All Secretarial work for the company.
  • Processing of Purchase Orders & proper follow-up.
  • Filing and Secretarial works/duties.
  • Import & Export, costing, Preparing tenders and quotations.
  • Assist After Salespersons.
  • Dealing with foreign suppliers.
  • Follow up of Maintenance contract.

Experiences and Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in secretary administration is a must.
  • HSC/Diploma.
  • Knowledge of Sicorax and Microsoft Office.
